Long Island Iced Tea is a really popular summer drink that consists of many different spirits and known strong compared to similarly sized highball drinks because the alcohol to mixer ratio is higher than the non-alcohol mixer. It has similarly in both colour and taste to iced tea.

All ingredients that you need to make the Long Island Iced Tea.

For the drink

• 15 ml tequila
• 15 ml vodka
• 15 ml white rum
• 15 ml triple sec
• 15 ml gin
• 25 ml lemon juice
• 30 ml gomme syrup
• 1 dash cola
• Ice cubes

For the garnish

• Lemon spiral

How to make long Island iced tea is really simple

1. Fill the highball glass with ice and pour in all the spirits, lemon juice and gomme syrup.
2. Adds some cola to the drink.
3. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve with a straw.
